You are a cultural institution. You have an excellent idea for a collaborative project with another institution and a strong aspiration to bring it to life. One of you is a Ukrainian other is a European, or there are more than two Ukrainian or European organisations interested in working together. If so, we have the grant to cover the expenses of your project.
We will fund a project because we support cultural exchanges between Ukrainians and their EU colleagues. We believe that a collaborative project can become the beginning of long-lasting cooperation and enrich members of both institutions professionally. We want to internationalise the Ukrainian art scene and see cooperation grants as a way to achieve this.
You can apply for a cooperation grant twice a year: in spring and autumn. Follow this page or subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when your call opens.
It is for impactful and timely ideas
Create anything: a cold-wave music festival, a contemporary art exhibition, or a conference on urban studies featuring intellectuals from Ukraine and the EU. We will support any initiative, as long as it resonates with the needs of Ukrainian society and makes a difference.
It is for cultural organisations from Ukraine and the EU
Cooperation grants support legal entities in the sphere of culture and creative industries. We value bright ideas first, but we also care whether you have relevant experience and a portfolio of projects.
It is for projects created in and for Ukraine
We fund projects created, planned, and staged in Ukraine. However, we provided some time for visits to Europe. Let’s say you can film some scenes for your movie in Rome, but make sure to produce most of the footage in Ukraine.
It is for ample multicultural teams
The more partnering organisations, the better. Cooperate with one or more European organisation, call upon an institution from a neighbouring Belarus, or think of a project with both of them.
