We support entrepreneurs that strive to change the world for better. Those hiring people with disabilities, working no waste, fighting against unemployment and furthering inclusivity. To ensure their aspirations are successful, we created study tours for social entrepreneurs.
You will travel to the EU or the UK to adopt the experience. Ask around local business to determine effective financial models, learn about the laws in support of the sphere, and grasp how social entrepreneurship works in a specific country. Feel free to dive into studying, will take care of the translation, travel, accommodation, and meals. We hope the trip will be an inspiration you want to share with teammates in Ukraine.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the limitations on travelling to the EU, we temporarily discontinued the programme. We monitor the situation and as soon as travelling is safe will launch new open calls. Follow this page or subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know the updates.
Each time we strive to choose a specific topic and a different country best to represent it. We address issues like energy efficiency, socialisation, employment of disabled people, social entrepreneurship advocation, and on other subjects you find urgent.
We will organise all of the planning, you think of all the learning and networking. We will choose a hot-button subject for a tour, pick social entrepreneurs that can guide you through it, and schedule hands-on workshops.
Not only will you meet colleagues from the EU, but also representatives of the best Ukrainian social enterprises. So there will be a double portion of networking.
Our tours are for social businesses managers and everyone aspiring to further the sector in Ukraine: lawmakers, trainers, mentors, facilitators, workers of hubs and communities for social entrepreneurs. To participate, you need strong motivation and a genuine interest in the subject of the tour.
We support enterprises whose social impact can be measured: companies that spend at least 10-15% of profit on social projects, that have 30% of their stuff representing disadvantaged groups, or create products that solve societal challenges. Social entrepreneurship is both about the impact and the profit, so we do not invite charitable organisations.
