Digital Labs: social entrepreneurs
There are no more than 1,000 social businesses in Ukraine. To develop the sphere further, we hold Digital Labs: a space where brave souls running social enterprises in Ukraine can share their experiences and find a way to make the sphere booming.
The Digital Lab creates a context in which managers of social enterprises can share their experiences and jointly search for new ideas for work. Businessmen from the EU and the UK will offer solutions that advance their enterprises in case studies. Local peers will share their thoughts in group discussions. In the end, you will leave the Digital Lab with effective solutions for your social enterprise that you can apply right away.
We open calls for this Digital Lab twice a year. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to hear the updates.
This is for addressing issues that affect your work daily
How do I bring positive change? Is there a way to access my social impact? How do I do good and generate profit? We address issues that cross the minds of social entrepreneurs every day. One issue — one Digital Lab is our approach as we aim to provide a thorough overview of the topic in six sessions.
This is for creating effective solutions for your business
After completing homework, you will organise your business processes: design an effective theory of change and a wholesome impact assessment system. To find novel solutions, participate in brainstorming sessions with peers. To test your ideas, hop on personal mentoring sessions with experts.
This is for learning from the ups and downs of your peers
There will be 10 experts from the UK, EU, and Ukraine: social entrepreneurs, impact investors, and professional trainers who will frankly share their experiences. You can brush up the knowledge later with the sketch notes we prepared after each session.
This is for businesses that have a tangible effect on society
We support enterprises that spend part of their profit on social projects, employ people representing disadvantaged groups, or create products that solve societal challenges. Social entrepreneurship is both about the impact and the profit, so we do not invite charitable organisations.
This is for managers ready to implement changes
We are looking for practitioners, not theorists. Your eagerness to implement new solutions at work is important, your level of English is not: we invite a translator to interpret the presentations by practitioners from the EU and the UK.
This is for you!
We are all over Ukraine
