Digital Labs: creative hub managers
All creative hubs are unique, yet they have common issues. We believe this is the reason to team up and collectively search for solutions, allowing each hub to work more effectively. This is the idea behind the Digital Lab.
The Digital Lab creates a context in which managers of creative hubs can share their experiences and jointly search for new ideas for work. Essentially, it is your chance to get some help from peers in overcoming work challenges. Managers of creative hubs from the EU and the UK will offer solutions that advance their hubs in case studies. Local peers will share their thoughts in group discussions. In the end, you will leave the Digital Lab with effective solutions for your creative hub that you can apply right away.
We open calls for this Digital Lab twice a year. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to hear the updates.
This is for discussing pressing issues
At the heart of each Digital Lab is a topic reflecting the current challenges faced by Ukrainian creative hubs. Each time we choose something different: adaptation to the ‘new normal’, the search for sustainable business models, etc. To overcome a complex challenge, we break it down into more specific issues and plan an online session to deal with each.
This is for learning from the ups and downs of your peers
We invite managers from the EU, the UK, and Ukrainian creative hubs to share how they overcame the challenges you face. The event is not an investor pitching, but an informal meeting with peers: our experts will mention missteps and give honest answers to your questions. You can brush up the knowledge later with the sketch notes we prepared after each session.
This is for dealing with challenges collaboratively
In group discussions, managers of creative hubs from all over Ukraine will help you with finding solutions for work. You have a lot in common, yet your professional backgrounds are slightly different: according to scientists, this is the best combination for developing innovative ideas.
This is for professional advancement that fits within your tough schedule
Online sessions take place once or twice a week in the afternoon. Each lasts for three hours, so you can both study and complete work tasks on time.
This is for creative hub managers from all over Ukraine
We welcome managers of creative hubs that contribute toward the development of creative industries and promote cooperation among its representatives in their region. Your capacity to implement new solutions at work is important, your level of English is not: we invite a translator to interpret the presentations by practitioners from the EU and the UK.
This is for you!
We are all over Ukraine
