Grants for creating social school enterprises
These are grants for civil society organisations and partner schools to create social enterprises where all the functions are performed by pupils. Tailoring clothes and accessories from recycled materials, growing greenery, producing compost — you can choose any activity that does not harm the environment and people.
You can get up to UAH 100,000 for preparatory activities for pupils and teachers, organisation of the full cycle of work of the enterprise, purchasing materials, equipment, or software. The revenue of a school firm should be spent on its development, educational activities, social, environmental, and humanitarian goals.
The project implementation period is a maximum of four months, including preparatory work, from April 1 to July 31 2021.
The grant is offered by the East Europe Foundation ic cooperation with the German non-governmental organisation ChildFund Deutschland e.V. funded by The Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany.

- The results of the contest will be announced until 15 March 2021.
- The organisators expect that schools participating in the project will choose the course “Social school entrepreneurship” as a part of a variable component of the curriculum and will use the guide "Social School Entrepreneurship: Your First Startup" approved by the Ministry of Education and Science for use in secondary schools.
