European Award 2026: new dialogues between the arts and audiences
Digital technologies, international social movements, and significant funding cuts are forcing museums, galleries, theatres, philharmonic societies, and other cultural institutions to change their approach to engaging audiences.
The European Award 2025 is an opportunity for non-profit cultural organisations to receive EUR 50,000 to implement innovative audience-engagement projects in art that can be shared and scaled across Europe. You can apply alone or in collaboration with other cultural institutions.
The award is organised by the Art Explora Foundation in partnership with the Académie des beaux-arts. This is one of thousands of EU opportunities for Ukraine.
- Opportunity to win the main prize of EUR 50,000 to implement the innovative project of audience engagement in arts and culture
- A chance to win a Special Jury Award of EUR 30,000 for your project
