Workshop ‘AI for producing cultural project’

Sector: Culture and creative industries
Type: Other
Location: Zoom
Deadline: 26 March 2026 at 15:00 Kyiv time
Organiser: House of Europe: Goethe-Institut Ukraine

How to delegate routine tasks to AI to free up time for creativity? We will explore this over the course of a five-day workshop.

Together, we will look at the strengths and weaknesses of different generative models and identify which tasks can be delegated at each stage of a project — from ideation to business model to grant-funding strategy. You will learn which roles in the promotion phase can be replaced by a subscription to an online service, define the limits of delegation, and address the ethical issues.

After the lectures, there will be time for one-to-one consultations with the speakers, where you can ask any remaining questions.

When: lectures on 13-15 April (14.00-18.00), consultations on 16-17 April (individual schedule)

Where: Zoom
