Grants for international co-production projects

Sector: Culture and creative industries
Type: Grant
Location: Ukraine
Deadline: 01 April 2026 at 23:59 Kyiv time

This is a grant for projects in the fields of theatre, music, dance, and performing arts, created in collaboration between Ukrainian and German artists. You can receive up to EUR 30,000 for an idea you want to implement but cannot finance with your own resources. The finished project must be demonstrated in Ukraine and, if possible, in Germany.

The work on the project must be documented in photos and videos for the Goethe-Institut website.

This is one of the many opportunities for Ukrainians offered by Goethe-Institut.

Good to know
  • You can view the application questions at the link, but to apply, fill out the online form.
  • Hybrid, interdisciplinary, and engaging digital media ideas are welcomed.
  • The joint application must demonstrate that good working relationships already exist between the partners and that both parties are interested in establishing a dialogue-oriented production.
  • You cannot receive a grant for a project on which you have already started work (for example, bought flight tickets or signed contracts with artists).
