This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in research with the Central European University for doctoral students who participated in the Invisible University for Ukraine.
Seminars, mentoring, and scholarships of up to EUR 1,200 await you. As a result, you will become part of an international academic community that is committed to the future of Ukraine and the world.
The courses are provided by the Central European University. This is one of thousands of EU opportunities for Ukraine.
What do I get?
- Up to EUR 1,200 in scholarships per semester
- One course in the humanities or social sciences of your choice at the Central European University
- Seminars and individual mentoring from leading Ukrainian and European researchers
- Assistance with the publication of scientific work
- Opportunity to organise research groups, conduct workshops and join initiatives
Can I apply?
This programme is for doctoral students who:
- Have Ukrainian citizenship
- Study abroad or at a Ukrainian university
- Have spent at least one semester at the Invisible University for Ukraine programme
- Have a good command of English
What do I need to apply?
- Completed application form
- CV
- A motivation letter — up to one page
- A brief description of the project — up to 1,500 words
- A sample of a scientific paper in English — up to 10,000 words.
All documents must be in .doc or .pdf format.
How do I apply?
By 15 September, submit the online form.
If you are unable to apply online, please submit all required information and documents to iufu@ceu.edu.
The results will be announced by 30 September.
Good to know
- If you have a master's degree, but you plan to defend your diploma, you can apply, and the application will be considered individually.
- You can apply even if you have another international scholarship. However, you will not receive the Invisible University for Ukraine scholarship.
