This intensive lab will introduce you to the politics and practices of decolonisation. By comparing Ukrainian and global experiences, we will explore the history of colonisation, its impact on the development of nations, and the political and cultural tools of resistance. The theory will be supported by practical case studies involving living heritage, traditional knowledge, and the skills of national minorities worldwide. Over eight days, you will build a network of like-minded individuals, develop a decolonisation initiative, and get a chance to receive seed funding to bring it to life.
When: 30 June - 3 July (14.00-18.30) — hands-on lectures, 7-9 July (on demand) — consultations, 10 July — final pitching
