Digital Labs: ethnic festival organisers

Sector: Culture and creative industries
Type: Digital Labs
Location: Online
Deadline: 10 January 2025 at 15:00 Kyiv time
Organiser: House of Europe

Nothing brings people together like a cup of strong coffee enjoyed to the sounds of a Crimean Tatar band. Like evening screenings at a modern Jewish cinema festival. Like Romani theatre under the open sky.

At this Digital Lab, we welcome everyone who creates such spaces. Drawing inspiration from the best Ukrainian and EU events, we will learn how to create an engaging programme with activities ranging from concerts to tastings of national dishes. Together, we will delve into fundraising, promo, and legal issues, learning how to ensure the event will live in the stories and on the tote bags. As a result, you will have a ready-made event project that everyone will want to attend.
