The International Mobility Grant is a ticket to a desired professional event in the EU or the UK for everyone working with the theme of national minorities.  

You can attend festivals and traineeships, meet leading experts and fellow colleagues, research and present ideas, and even work on individual and cooperative projects. You do not have to worry about money, as we will take care of the costs.

What do I get?
You will receive up to EUR 4,000 to cover expenses for travel, accommodation, food, visa, medical insurance, and registration fees. 
Can I apply?

We invite professionals working:  

  • In the sphere of culture and creative industries, education and youth work, social entrepreneurship, and media  
  • In national minorities organisations or developing a project related to this theme 
What do I need to apply?
  • CV 
  • Budget, drafted in our template 
  • Description and a clear plan of your trip 
  • Proof from your EU or UK host: an invitation to an internship, conference programme, etc.

Please register, click the ‘Start entry’ button, choose the chapter ‘Individual grants’ and find an open call ‘Mobility grants’ for your professional sector.

Before applying, carefully read the application guidelines to learn more about the sum of the grant, the peculiarities of tranches to different legal forms, reporting, and the hints that will help you win the grant. 

Good to know
  • Complete your trip between 1 February and 1 July 2025. 
  • During martial law, some men are not allowed to leave the country. We cannot guarantee a permit, but we can issue a certificate stating that we cover trip expenses. Please apply for the permit yourself.  
  • We will launch the open call for Individual Project Grants at the beginning of November. Are you uncomfortable with travelling? Do you have an idea of an initiative that can be held in Ukraine? Feel free to apply.
