The Global Cultural Relations Programme brings together artists, creatives, and social activists to improve skills, expand the circle of like-minded people, and find collaborators. The meeting place is Marrakech. The organisers will cover accommodation, food, and travel.
The Cultural Relations Platform manages the programme with funding from the European Union. This is one of thousands of EU opportunities for Ukraine.

Can I apply?
Apply if you:
- Live in any country in the world
- Aged from 25 to 39 years
- Work with culture and creative industries or social security
- Have at least three years of experience in the field of global, international or intercultural cooperation
- Freelance or work in a public, private or public organisation
- Know English well
How do I apply?
By 14 July, submit the online form in English.
You will find out whether you are among the 40 winners in mid-August. Find answers to common questions here.
Good to know
- You may still apply if you are slightly younger or older than the age range provided. If there are still available places, the organisers will consider your application.
- You cannot apply if you work at the Goethe-Institut, the International Network for Contemporary Performing Arts, the European Cultural Foundation, the University of Siena, or other EU projects.
