Literary residency in Vilnius

This is an opportunity to go to Vilnius to write, translate or illustrate a book.
During the residency, you will settle in the art district of Užupis on the shore of the Vilnia River. The organisers will cover all expenses, and you are expected to promote the local literary scene.
The residency is organised by the Vilnius UNESCO City of Literature programme. This is one of thousands of EU opportunities for Ukraine.
What do I get?
- Residency at Incubator Užupis Arts from 15 September to 13 October or from 15 October to 13 November
- A scholarship of EUR 500
- Coverage of travel expenses
- Networking and meetings with the local artistic and literary community
Can I apply?
This residency is for writers, poets, illustrators, and translators from Lithuanian who:
- Live in any corner of the world
- Know English or Lithuanian well

The organisers will choose two winners, who will be announced by 15 July.
