Culture Helps: grants for projects for integration through cultural events

This is an opportunity to receive up to EUR 5,000 for a cultural project to help Ukrainian refugees feel at home in a new place.

You will need to implement the project by 15 November 2024.

Join the live Zoom session on 21 May at 16:00 to learn about the pitfalls and ask questions to the grant managers.

The project is implemented by Insha Osvita and zusa (Germany) with the financial support of the EU. This is one of thousands of EU opportunities for Ukraine.

What do I get?
  • From EUR 2,000 to EUR 5,000 for a cultural project that integrates displaced people into new communities.
  • Regular lectures on project management and art therapy methods.
  • Mentoring at all stages of project implementation.
Can I apply?

Grants are perfect for non-profit organisations or independent initiatives that:

  • Are based in Ukraine, the EU or another Creative Europe country.
  • Have experience integrating displaced people into new realities and communities through culture.
What do I need to apply?

Completed application form that includes: 

  • Information on your organisation: a general description, the experience of working with IDPs, and brief biographies of the team members. 
  • Project description: relevance, problem the project addresses, activities, target audience, expected results and the grant amount necessary for its implementation.

  • The organisers will support 20 projects: 14 in Ukraine and 7 abroad.
