For young professionals: Natolin Fellowship Programme
This is a scholarship for young Ukrainian scientists from the Campus of the College of Europe in Warsaw, a leading institute of European studies that trains future diplomats, ministers and officials of European governments.
You will study International European Relations with colleagues from Moldova and Georgia to contribute to your country's development. The organisers will cover all the expenses related to the programme, so you don't have to worry about money.
The scholarships are provided by the College of Europe and financed by the EU. This is one of the thousands of EU opportunities for Ukraine.
- The opportunity to study International Relations at the Warsaw Campus of the College of Europe for eight months. The training and internship will last from June-July 2024 to January-February 2025.
- A monthly stipend of EUR 1,197 to cover accommodation and per diems. Organisers will also provide a comfortable workspace.
- Up to EUR 530 for round-trip tickets. Use the European Commission distance calculator to determine the distance from your city to Warsaw.
- Up to EUR 1,000 for participation in international conferences and educational trips.
- Free insurance.
- Thorough knowledge of the European context and networking with colleagues from abroad.
This is the opportunity for young professionals who:
- Have the citizenship of Ukraine, Moldova or Georgia.
- Are up to 35 years old.
- Are currently enrolled in or have received a PhD in European relations, law, economics, international relations, political science, or other related disciplines no later than a year ago?
- Know English at level B1 and higher, according to the CEFR.

- A completed application form. Provide the information about your degrees, professional experience, thesis and language skills.
- Motivation letter. Explain how participation in the programme will contribute to your professional growth — up to 300 words.
- A short description of your research — up to 300 words.
By 10 May, submit the online form in English.
You will be invited for an online interview if your application is successful.
Organisers will choose 16 winners. You will find out the results in June 2024.
- You can apply if you went abroad due to a full-scale invasion.
