The LINA platform seeks spatial innovators with ideas to counter the environmental crisis. You can present your project at a conference in Copenhagen and participate in architectural festivals, courses, workshops and residencies throughout Europe.

The Creative Europe programme supports LINA. This is one of thousands of EU opportunities for Ukraine.

What do I get?
  • Regular workshops, festivals, summer schools, residencies, grants and presentations from LINA partners. There are 37 events, from the Copenhagen Architecture Biennial to an online course on creating architectural videos.
  • A chance to present your project at the LINA Conference in Sarajevo, which will take place on 3-4 October. The organisers will take care of accommodation and allocate EUR 350 for tickets.
  • Promotion and the opportunity to find partners for the project.
  • Annual meetup with LINA Architecture Programme fellows.
Can I apply?

LINA is looking for architects, urban planners, landscape designers, artists, curators, and researchers who have yet to gain international recognition but have bold project ideas.

From individual specialists to collectives. From residents of Ukraine to professionals from other European countries.

What do I need to apply?

A bold project that works with the theme of the environmental crisis.

From an idea to an implemented initiative, from a practical solution to a theory, from a concept to a publication — any thoughtful, innovative and radical projects are suitable.

Look for projects that have become key to the LINA community in the past year on the platform's website.

The lucky ones who pass the selection will learn about further steps on 27 June.

  • The contest is open to everyone who legally resides in one of the 40 'Creative Europe' countries: Ukraine, EU, Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, North Macedonia, Republic of Cyprus, Republic of Serbia, or Tunisia.
  • You can submit only one application.
  • Due to the sheer volume of applications, the organisers cannot respond individually to everyone.
