Discover how to support teachers in their professional development during the Digital Lab.  

In 15 lectures, we will uncover the latest educational trends: from career coaching to overcoming professional burnout, from research-based teaching strategies to managing educational projects. You will learn how to run your centre in war conditions, build professional relations with colleagues, and promote your activities to ensure educators from all over the country line up to complete certification in your centre.  

To this end, we will dive into the professional development system of teaching staff in the EU and get inspired by successful case studies from Ukraine. You will leave the Lab with a hands-on skillset, a network of keen souls, and grant proposal on improving your centre.

Can I apply?

The Lab will benefit the centres of professional development of teaching staff officers, who:  

  • Have 6+ months of experience in the field  
  • Are experienced with computers and online programmes 
  • Can attend 80+% of the lectures  
  • Have Ukrainian citizenship or residency permit  
  • Are of full age 
What do I need to apply?
  • Motivation to constantly grow in your professional field 
  • Scanned copy of the first page of the passport 
  • Contacts of two people who can give you a recommendation 
How do I apply?

Apply via our online platform. The application will take up to 30 minutes. 

Please log in, click the “Start entry” button, choose the chapter “Digital Labs”, and open call “Digital Labs: officers of centres of professional development of teaching staff”.  

We will announce the results by 8 May. Do not forget to check the email you registered with on the online platform. 

Good to know
  • We only accept individual applications. You cannot apply as a team.   
  • You can only participate in Digital Labs: educators once, as we want as many different teachers as possible to learn new things during the programme. 
  • We will choose the participants based on their motivation to join the lab and use new knowledge. The preference will be given to professionals from villages and small cities, internally displaced persons, and those who have never participated in similar programmes.
