Culture Helps: individual grants for mental health support

This is an opportunity for cultural managers, artists and activists working with displaced people. You will receive up to EUR 1,000 to care for your mental health.

Pay for a therapist, take stress management training, enrol in art therapy, or spend money on something else that will help you cope with the stress of war.

The project is implemented by Insha Osvita and zusa (Germany) with the financial support of the EU. This is one of thousands of EU opportunities for Ukraine.

What do I get?
  • From EUR 200 to EUR 1,000 to take care of your mental health.
  • Regular webinars with Psikultura psychologists who will provide methods and tools to support your mental health.
Can I apply?

Grants are perfect for cultural managers, artists and activists who:

  • Are above 18 years old.
  • Live in Ukraine or moved to the EU or another Creative Europe country after 24 February 2022.
  • Have experience in integrating displaced people into new realities and communities through culture.
How do I apply?

By 29 March, submit the application form. You can apply in English or Ukrainian.

  • The organisers will support around 30 artists: 24 in Ukraine and 6 abroad. You will find out the results by 30 April.
  • If your application is not selected, you can apply for the fifth wave of the competition.
