EU Study Days for pupils and students

This is a chance for high school pupils and students to learn more about the EU. You will also find like-minded people with whom you can exchange experience, implement joint initiatives and create the future of Ukraine as a European state.

The programme will take place from 19 February to 8 April. You will have active discussions, live communication, and lectures from diplomats and leading speakers from the EU and Ukraine who will talk about the support and priorities of EU assistance in the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. Participation is free.

EU Study Days is provided by the EU Delegation to Ukraine. This is one of the thousands of EU opportunities for Ukraine.

What do I get?
  • Ten training modules including lectures leading experts, open discussions, creative workshops, debates, games and knowledge tests.
  • Certificate of successful course completion. Partner universities can wholly or partly enrol in this certificate within the relevant disciplines.
  • Opportunity to improve your soft skills necessary for a successful career.
  • Information about educational and cultural programmes, as well as other EU opportunities for young people.
  • The best 20 high school and best 20 university students will have a chance to visit an offline school, which will be held in April 2024.
Can I apply?

Organisers are waiting for the application from: 

  • Pupils of 9-11 grades of secondary schools, lyceums or gymnasiums who are interested in European integration and have outstanding academic records.
  • Final year bachelor's or master's degree students who are studying full-time at Ukrainian universities as well as post-graduate students of any form of education in international relations, international and European law, international studies, international economy and trade, finance, business, political science, law, philosophy, history, sociology, cultural studies or journalism.
What do I need to apply?
  • Completed application form.
  • Knowledge of the English language at the B1-C1 level.
  • Online test for checking knowledge on European subjects.
How do I apply?

By 11 February, apply via the online form:

This is the first stage. If your application succeeds, the organisers will send you a link to an online test on knowledge of European subjects.

Good to know
  • The results will be sent to your email address by 18 February. The organisers will select 40 pupils and 40 students.
  • You can apply only if you have not participated in the EU Study Days programme.
