This is an opportunity to become a mentor for female cultural managers and representatives of the LGBTIQ community from Ukraine who went abroad because of the war. If you know how to find perspective in the midst of uncertainty, make new acquaintances and adapt in a new place — join the network of ifa — Institute of International Relations mentors.

The programme is managed by ifa and financed by the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany.

Can I apply?

This is an opportunity for women cultural managers and representatives of the LGBTIQ community who:

  • Work in the field of art or culture
  • Are currently in Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Serbia, Croatia, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Georgia, Armenia or Kazakhstan
  • Can devote time to mentoring
  • Know English well

  • The participation in the programme is free.
  • You will receive the results by email. The organisers will support 35 mentors.
