For female cultural managers and representatives of the LGBTIQ community: the opportunity to find a mentor

This is an opportunity to get a mentor who will help you find perspective in the midst of uncertainty, make new acquaintances and adapt to a new place. Three months of support awaits you, as well as educational online workshops and meetings in European cities.

The programme is managed by ifa — Institute of International Relations and financed by the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany.

What do I get?
  • Three months in the company of an experienced mentor who will help you adapt to a new place
  • Two workshops: in Budapest in September and in Berlin in December. The organisers will cover all expenses related to the trip
  • Educational online seminars and individual consultations from ifa

Can I apply?

This is an opportunity for women cultural managers and representatives of the LGBTIQ community who:

  • Have Ukrainian citizenship
  • Were forced to move to Poland, Romania, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Serbia, Croatia, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Georgia, Armenia or Kazakhstan due to the war
  • Work in the field of art or culture
  • Know English well

Good to know
  • The participation in the programme is free.
  • You will receive the results by email. The organisers will support 35 mentees.
