Culture Helps: grants for projects for integration through cultural events

This is an opportunity to get from EUR 2,000 to EUR 5,000 for a project that will help Ukrainian refugees feel at home in a new place.

You will need to implement the project by 30 October, 2023.

The project is implemented by Insha Osvita and zusa (Germany) with the financial support of the EU. This is one of thousands of EU opportunities for Ukraine.

Can I apply?

Grants are perfect for non-profit organisation or independent initiatives that:

  • Are based in Ukraine or a Creative Europe country
  • Have experience in integration of displaced people into new realities and communities through culture
What do I need to apply?

Completed application form that includes: 

  • Information on your organisation: general description, info about the experience of working with IDPs and brief biographies of the team members  
  • Project description: relevance, problem the project addresses, activities, target audience, expected results and the amount of the grant necessary for its implementation
How do I apply?

Fill in the application form by 31 May. You can apply in English or Ukrainian, but English is preferred.

  • The organisers will support 20 projects. You will find out the results no later than 6 June.
  • If your application is not selected, you can apply for the second wave of the programme in October.
