Youth4Regions: programme for students and young journalists
This is an opportunity to visit Brussels for journalism students and young professionals. You will learn about EU policy in different regions, visit media offices, meet well-known journalists and take part in press tours. The organisators will provide the accreditation to the events and cover travel expenses.
The programme is provided by the European Commission. This is one of thousands of EU opportunities for Ukraine.

The European Commission welcomes participants that:
- Are interested in EU cohesion policy
- Aged from 18 to 30 years old
- Have citizenship of Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Moldova or another EU Member State
- Study journalism or have up to two years of experience in the sphere
- Have not participated in previous editions of the Youth4Regions programme
- Completed application form
- CV
- Short article of 2 500 – 6 250 characters, a photo or a video report of 2-3 minutes depicting a project co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund or Cohesion Fund. It must cover the ‘Skills’ topic. More about the projects you can choose here
Submit the online form in English with all the necessary documents. The deadline is 10 July.

- The results of the programme will be announced on 14 August, 2023.
- Contributions are accepted in all of the 24 EU official languages. In the case of video submissions, a written summary in English is required.
