Active Citizens Camp is a 5-day event gathering young leaders from different regions of Ukraine. The Camp is aimed at developing participants’ leadership, intercultural dialogue, sustainability and community development skills. The camp will gather youth leaders from different regions of Ukraine. The camp’s agenda includes visits to local authorities, social initiatives and enterprises with an opportunity for networking.
The camp will take place on 3-7 February 2020 in Symu.
This opportunity is perfectly suitable for experienced and emerging youth community leaders, especially those between 18 and 26 years old.

- The chance to visit new parts of Ukraine
- The chance to make connections with young people from other regions of Ukraine
- The chance to become part of a global network of Active Citizens who are changing the world
- All travel, accommodation and meals are provided for free
- You should be, and consider yourself, a leader in your community in some way. Volunteering experience is desirable.
- You should be motivated and ready to work to create positive change in your community
- You should be 18 years of age and above
Young people with disabilities and young people with fewer opportunities are especially encouraged to apply.
- You do not have to be a member of civil society organization to apply
- Active Citizens Camp doesn’t mean that the participants will live in tents, accommodation will be provided in a hotel
