Discussion: 'Perspectives of Ukrainian art festivals abroad'

Sector: Culture and creative industries
Type: Other
Location: Zoom
Deadline: Finished
Organiser: House of Europe: Goethe-Institut Ukraine

What are the chances of Ukrainian festivals abroad? We will look for an answer to this ambiguous question during the discussion.

We will discuss what makes a good festival, collaboration with EU festivals and whether common Europeans are interested in Ukrainian culture. Hop on to share your thoughts and hear valuable insights from other cultural managers.

We will meet on Thursday 30 March via Zoom. Please ensure you are available from 16.00 till 17.30.

The discussion club is part of Cultural Transformation Lab — a series of practical education and networking events aimed at supporting Ukrainian cultural managers, civil society and cultural actors residing outside of large cities and regional centres in times of war.

The Lab is carried out by Goethe-Institut Ukraine in partnership with the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine. The EU funds the programme under the House of Europe programme.
