This is an exchange programme for managers of small and medium enterprises. Apply to go on an internship in the EU or invite colleagues from Europe to work side by side in your company. Whatever you choose, a month of experience exchange, insights into foreign markets and business contacts with professionals from other European countries awaits you.
The programme will cover your living expenses, all you have to do is find an exchange partner.
Programme is managed by Eurochambres and funded under the EU4Business initiative of the EU. This is one of the thousands of EU opportunities for Ukraine.
What do I get?
- One months of side by side work with experienced businesses from one of the 27 EU countries
- A one-time stipend for tickets, accommodation and daily expenses according to the country of stay
- Hands-on experience, new work tools, sharing of ideas and an outside perspective for business development
- First-hand information about the peculiarities of doing business in the markets of Europe, Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Moldova
- Network of partners from Europe
Can I apply?
Organisers are waiting for business owners or managers of small and medium enterprises who have more than three years of professional experience.
Apply if your company:
- Is officially registered in Ukraine
- Remains in Ukraine or relocated abroad after 24 February, 2022
- Work in any industry. However, the organisers will give preference to businesses working in the field of organic food, wine, tourism, textiles and creative industries

What do I need to apply?
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Completed application form
- Signed letter of commitment
- Completed form: tell your expectations from participating in the exchange
- An organisation that will host your employees or send theirs to you. You can meet a partner on the online platform, which will open after filling out the application form
How do I apply?
Submit application form by 1 March.
The organisers will support 35 business exchanges that will take place from February to May 2023.
Good to know
- If you do not want to leave Ukraine, you can exchange experience remotely.
- The organisers also invite participants from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Moldova. However, they will give preference to Ukrainian organisations.
- You can do an internship in the EU under this programme only once. You can invite colleagues to your company several times, but only one person at a time.
