How do democracies turn into autocracies? We will look for an answer to this ambiguous question during the discussion.

We will discuss the strategy of cultural development and the difference between propaganda and counter-propaganda. Hop on to share your thoughts and find out what cultural managers from all over Ukraine think.

We will meet on Tuesday 20 December via Zoom. Please ensure you are available from 16.00 till 17.30.

The discussion club is part of Cultural Transformation Lab — a series of practical education and networking events aimed at supporting Ukrainian cultural managers, civil society and cultural actors residing outside of large cities and regional centres in times of war.

The Lab is carried out by Goethe-Institut Ukraine in partnership with the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine. The EU funds the programme under the House of Europe programme.
