ZMINA 2.0: grants for local self-government bodies

This is an opportunity for local self-government bodies to get up to UAH 150,000 in order to support people affected by the war. 

Evacuate people from frontline areas, set up a comfortable temporary shelter, help deliver humanitarian aid or install electricity generators in your community — IZOLYATSIA will support any useful initiative.

The programme is provided by the IZOLYATSIA Foundation with the financial support of the EU. This is one of thousands of EU opportunities for Ukraine.

What do I get?
Up to UAH 150,000 to implement the project for Ukrainian civil society.
Can I apply?

Organisers are waiting for the application from: 

  • Local self-government bodies 
  • Amalgamated territorial communities 
  • City territorial communities 
  • Military-Civil Administrations
What do I need to apply?
  • Request form completed in Ukrainian. Be sure to add a signature and seal.
  • Extract from the EDRPOU 
  • The statute or regulations of the organisation
  • Confirmation that the authorized person can act on behalf of the organisation

All the documents should be submitted in PDF-format.

How do I apply?

Apply via the IZOLYATIA online portal.

If you do not have access to the Internet due to the war actions, contact organisers at info@izolyatsia.org. They will provide you with the manager's contact who will help you with the application.
