Grants for small, medium and greentech business affected by the war
This is an opportunity to get up to EUR 50,000 for small, medium and greentech businesses that suffered from the russian war against Ukraine.
Spend money on innovations, equipment and services to create new workplaces and strengthen the Ukrainian economy. You will have half a year to purchase everything you need.
The project is implemented by the European Fund for Southeast Europe in cooperation with the Green for Growth Fund and CIVITTA consulting company. This is one of thousands of EU opportunities for Ukraine.
Up to EUR 50,000 to pay for:
- Innovations, technologies and other services needed for the development of the enterprise
- Resources and equipment needed to operate the business in wartime conditions
- In exceptional cases, operating costs for the last six months
Small, medium and greentech businesses can receive a grant if they:
- Are officially registered in Ukraine as a legal entity. If you had to move to EU countries after 24 February 2023, European legal registration is also an option. At least one of the owners must have Ukrainian citizenship
- Were founded more than two years ago
- Work in all sectors of the economy, except for the consulting
- Have a maximum annual income of up to 50 million euros
- Have up to 250 employees
- Application form completed in Ukrainian. Elaborate on your organisation, strategy, add annual financial statements and contact person details
- Company presentation and contacts
- Project description: idea, team, schedule, potential risks and expected results
- Budget of the project
Submit the application form via CIVITTA online portal by 20 November 2023.
The committee will give grants to 20 businesses. The results will be announced by the e-mails specified in the application on 21 December.
- Private entrepreneurs are not eligible to apply for this competition.
- Before applying, check the list of environmental and social exclusions.
- You will get money in two installments. The first one of 50% that you get after signing the grant agreement. You will get the rest of the grant after providing a final financial report.
