Fellowships for remote research for Ukrainian scientists
This is an opportunity for Ukrainian researchers whose work was prevented by the war to continue their scientific activities. You will have a monthly scholarship of EUR 1,500 for up to ten months to conduct field research in Ukraine, Germany, or any other country.
The scholarship is provided by the Hanse-Wissenschaftskolleg – Institute for Advanced Study in Germany. This is one of thousands of EU opportunities for Ukraine.

- If you find yourself in a difficult situation, temporary stay at the Hanse-Wissenschaftskolleg
You can get a scholarship if you:
- Are a researcher despite your career stage and field of study
- You were working at a university or other research institution in Ukraine at the outbreak of the war
- You are prevented from continuing the scientific work due to the war
- Up to 5 pages CV with detailed information about the professional situation at the outbreak of the war
- List of publications, up to 5 pages
- Up to 10 pages description of research area and the project you will be working on
- Short description of current professional or risk situation
