This is an opportunity to exchange experience with a young entrepreneur from one of the 37 countries of the world.
The programme will be useful for owners of successful companies. You will try yourself as a mentor, learn more about foreign markets and get contacts abroad.
The exchange programme lasts up to three months. The entrepreneur can either visit your company or share ideas remotely.
Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme is funded by the EU. The local partners for Ukraine are RADAR and СIVITTA. This is one of the thousands of EU opportunities for Ukraine.
What do I get?
- Up to 3 months of work with a serious, motivated new entrepreneur from one of 27 EU countries, Great Britain, Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia, Serbia, Iceland, Turkey or Kosovo
- Fresh ideas, innovative solutions, and an outside perspective for your business
- Information about European markets and different ways of doing business
- International contacts and partnerships among European entrepreneurs
- RADAR and CIVITTA assistance with the application, finding a mentor and solving current issues
Can I apply?
This is an opportunity for entrepreneurs who:
- Own or manage a small or medium-sized enterprise
- Have more than three years of experience in running the company
- Have a good command of English or any other foreign language
- Can spend at least 5 hours per week for mentoring
- Desire to share your knowledge and experience

Good to know
- The duration of the exchange is up to three months, depending on how long you can host an entrepreneur.
- If you do not have a business plan, RADAR can give you some advice and recommendations.
