This is an opportunity to get emergency financial support for cultural workers that experience hardships due to the war. The organisers will provide people both in and outside in Ukraine with immediate financial support for their basic professional and personal needs.

The initiative is offered by the IZOLYATSIA with the financial support of the House of Europe. This is one of the thousands of EU opportunities for Ukraine.

What do I get?

Around UAH 5,000 that can be spent for:

  • emergency professional needs;
  • personal support, including moving;
  • humanitarian assistance and maintenance of your family: purchase of food, medicine, personal care, equipment, etc. 

Note that you cannot buy any weapon or military equipment.

This opportunity is perfect for cultural workers both in Ukraine and abroad.
What do I need to apply?
  • Completed application: brief description of your situation and needs you want to spend money for. Do not forget to indicate the approximate amount of financial support you need.
How do I apply?

Apply with a short form via online platform.

Applications are being processed on a rolling basis until the financial resource is exhausted. Organisers will give priority to applications that require an urgent need for assistance. 

In case you need help in an extremely short time – add “ASAP” to the title of the request and briefly explain why you need help in a short time.

Good to know
  • The results will be communicated within 8 days from the date of receipt.
  • After receiving funding, you must provide a brief descriptive report on how the funds were used via the application platform.
