This is an opportunity to go to the UK and continue studying for a master degree at Oxford University for Ukrainian students affected by russia's war against Ukraine. You may apply for any full-time one-year master's course from the list, even if the course page indicates that it is now closed to applications.

This is also an opportunity to get a scholarship for those who have applied and been enrolled in Oxford. 

The postgraduate master’s courses last for one year. The programme will fund your education and stay in the UK.

The scholarship is provided by the University of Oxford. This is one of thousands of EU opportunities for Ukraine.

You can get a scholarship if you have citizenship of Ukraine and you have been displaced within or outside Ukraine.

How do I apply?

If you do not currently hold an offer of a place at the University of Oxford:

  • Submit application form
  • Complete and save a PDF copy of the scholarship eligibility form 
  • Upload a PDF copy of the scholarship eligibility form as a transcript, under the Supporting documents tab
  • Upload CV and transcript as well as any other documents required (e.g. written work). If your course does not require any written work, please upload a blank PDF file

Good to know
  • You may submit one application with a choice of one course. You will not be charged an application fee.
  • The results will be communicated by the end of July by the academic department by email. 
  • If you have already received a funding offer from the University, you cannot apply for this scholarship.
  • You cannot indicate a college preference.
