This is an opportunity to implement e-government in your community. You will get EUR 5,000 to develop or improve digital solutions, organise advocacy campaigns, research or any other project that will facilitate the communication of citizens with the authorities.
 
The programme will provide you mentor support and introduce to like-minded people from Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, and Moldova.
 
Check the previous fellows' projects in order to get ideas about what is possible and to avoid any duplication. 
 
The fellowship is provided by the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Facility. This is one of the thousands of EU opportunities for Ukrainians.

Can I apply?
This opportunity is for you if you:
  • Are above 18 years old
  • Are a citizen of Ukraine
  • Have a proven track record of development of IT solutions 
  • Have at least a B1 level of English
What do I need to apply?
  • Application form completed: describe your experience in civil activism and the idea of your project
  • A reference letter from a recognised civic tech or IT professional such as an employer, academic, tutor, or colleague 
  • Proof document to demonstrate your level of English: international certificate, diploma, recommendation letter, etc. 
How do I apply?

This is the first stage. If your application is successful you will have to complete a more detailed form. 

Good to know
  • You can submit only one application. 
  • If you have already benefited from this programme you can not apply. 
  • Applications are assessed on a rolling basis, so the sooner you make a submission the quicker you will learn the result.
  • The project implementation will start in March 2022.
