Swedish Institute scholarships for master’s programmes in Sweden
This is an opportunity to complete a master's degree in Sweden for leaders who dream of contributing to the sustainable environmental, social, and economic development of Ukraine.
The programme offers one of the masters courses focused on sustainable development, innovation, or responsibility in management. You will develop both professionally and academically, experience Swedish society and culture, and build a long-lasting relationship with other scholarship holders. Monthly allowance, travel expenses, and insurance will be covered.
Grants are provided by the Swedish Institute. This is one of the thousands of EU opportunities for Ukraine.

- Have leadership experience: led other colleagues, influenced the development strategy for the organisation you work at, etc.
- Have professıonal experience: you will have at least 3,000 hours of work experience prior to 10 February 2022 from a maximum of three organisations
- Entered Swedish university: you have to be admitted to one of the eligible master's programmes by 7 April 2022
- Are a citizen of Ukraine. You do not need to reside in Ukraine at the time of the application

- Letters of reference: first one must be based on your work experience, the second one — on your academic performance or involvement in civil society organisations
- Proof of work and leadership experience form
- Copy of your valid passport
Templates of the documents will be uploaded to the application portal.
- You should enter a Swedish university yourself. You can apply at universityadmissions.se by 17 January 2022. Candidates have to pay around EUR 90 of the application fee.
- The list of eligible master’s programmes will be published on the website above 1 November 2021. Choose programmes with an emphasis on environmental and social sustainability, innovation, responsibility in management or sustainable economic growth
- Prepare application documents in English. Translations have to be notarised.
