Fashion is first and foremost business. Designing a unique piece is not the endpoint, it is a beginning: you have to tune up the production, design a power distribution system, and prepare a pitch for showrooms, press, and the audience.
All this you will learn during a nine-day Digital Lab. There will be a lot of practice and real-life examples presented by fashion industry experts from the EU and Ukraine. After the Lab, you will be able to organise processes in your company and start selling all over Europe.
The Lab will run from 5 till 13 April 2021. We invite translators: you will communicate with foreign experts fluently.

What do I get?
- A detailed development plan for your fashion brand: you will optimise the processes to get profit
- 10+ lectures delivered by designers, managers, logistic experts, distributors, and promoters touching upon every stage of production of a collection: from the search of the signature style to production to cooperation with showrooms to participation in fashion weeks
- 10+ hours of mentoring sessions with experts where you will get personal advice and an outside perspective on your development plan
- A chance to win a stipend on further development — up to EUR 500. You can spend it on projects, courses, books, and other things that advance you professionally
Can I apply?
We welcome managers and designers aiming to understand how to scale up and sell their products all over Europe.
To apply, you need:
- Strong motivation to learn more about management to run a successful fashion brand
- At least three years of professional experience in fashion industry
- Ukrainian citizenship
What do I need to apply?

- Two letters of recommendation from employers or professionals in the sphere of fashion
- Scan of the first page of your passport

Good to know
- You can only apply individually. You cannot submit an application in a team.
- You can only submit one application within one open call. If unsuccessful, do not get upset: you can apply again for the next open call or go for another opportunity from the House of Europe catalogue of opportunities.
