International cooperation grants fund collaborative cultural projects of organisations from Ukraine and the EU, including the UK: electronic music festivals with international line-up, digital sound art residencies, documentary theatrical plays, contemporary art exhibitions, displaying works both online and offline. You can get up to EUR 50,000 to carry out your bold idea.
Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, we are looking for projects with a digital component. You can go completely online or combine online activities with in-person events. Every out-of-the-box idea is fine, as long as it can adapt to the various pandemic scenarios.
Study the application guidelines carefully and apply: we are waiting for your projects.
What do I get?
- A chance to bring to life an innovative out-of-the-box idea that will become a centrepiece of your organisation’s portfolio.
- Up to EUR 50,000 to cover essential expenditures: staff costs, external consultations, translation, design, production, consumables, rent of space and equipment, travel costs.
- An opportunity to work in a team with at least one organisation from abroad, having a team of professionals from different countries and reaching international audiences.
- An opportunity to elevate the Ukrainian art scene. For Ukrainian organisations, it is a chance to showcase their works internationally, for organisations from the EU and the UK an opportunity to take part in boosting the cultural scene at the heart of Europe.
- Membership of our alumni community, which means new contacts with the most proactive Ukrainian, EU and UK cultural actors, networking meet-ups, and even more grants.
Can I apply?
We welcome tandems of
- EU–Ukrainian organisations
- UK–Ukrainian organisations
Each partner in the tandem should:
- Be a public non-profit organisation
- Work in the field of cultural and creative industries
- Have a proven track of previously implemented cultural projects
- Be officially registered as a legal person
What do I need to apply?
- Detailed description of the project: information about the organisation that will work on the project, plan of implementation and communications
- Letter of cooperation in free form, signed by representatives of all the organisations
- Budget drafted in our template
- Documents certifying the legal status of organisations
How do I apply?

Good to know
- Together with a partner, you design and submit a collaborative application. Either the Ukrainian or the EU or UK organisation can be an applying partner. The applying partner assumes most responsibility for the realisation of the project.
- You can invite more partners from the EU, the UK and even Eastern Partnership countries to join the team. The Eastern Partnership countries are Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, and Moldova.
