CrossCulture Programme Fellowship for culture, media, civil society organisations
This is a programme aimed to support professionals and committed volunteers from Ukraine for practical training in Germany. According to your profile and qualifications, the CCP team identifies a suitable host organisation where you will work during two to three months. The programme will provide a monthly allowance and cover your expenses. Fellowships are being offered in the following fields:
- Politics and society
- Human rights and peace building
- Sustainable development
- Media and culture
- Civic and citizenship education
- Digital civil society
Fellowship should take place in the period between June to November 2021. In case of COVID-19 travel restrictions, the programme may be held in a remote format. The decision will be taken in spring 2021.

- Are between 23 and 45 years old
- Have good written and spoken English skills
- Have at least two years of proven professional experience or volunteer work in a civil society organisation in Ukraine
- Are in good health for a longer stay abroad
Your candidacy will be preferred if you:
- Have been and are socially engaged for the long-term
- Can prove full-time experience in his or her field of work
- Already establish or plan a collaboration with an organisation in Germany or the other target country
- Possess other language skills, particularly, German
- Completed application form
- Letter of motivation in proposed form
- Letter of recommendation from your workplace in proposed form
- CV in English with details about education, training, work experience, volunteering and other skills
- Portrait photograph (optional)
If your application is selected you will have a personal interview at the German Foreign Mission in Kyiv or via Skype in February 2021.
