European Solidarity Corps: Quality Label for organisations

This is an opportunity to join the European Solidarity Corps and develop youth volunteer exchanges between Ukraine and Europe. In particular, the EU, the UK, Albania, Georgia, Iceland, Turkey, and other 23 countries.
To take part in the programme you have to receive a Quality Label. It will allow you to realise common projects with the EU partners.
You can become:
- Sending organisation. You will announce calls from European partners inviting volunteers and help Ukrainian youth to apply.
- Receiving organisation. You will have the opportunity to invite volunteers from the whole Europe to help in the work of your organisation. The European Solidarity Corps will cover the expenses. Remember that you will need the EU partner to develop the volunteer project and apply for a grant. This is the next step after receiving the Quality Label.
More than 40 Ukrainian organisations already received European Solidarity Corps Quality Label. This is one of the thousands of EU opportunities for Ukrainians.

Can I apply?
This is an opportunity for organisations legally established in Ukraine — governmental and non-governmental organisations, municipalities, companies.
What do I need to apply?
- Legal Entity form in English
- Extract from the registry clearly indicating the name of the organisation, the address of the head office, its registration number and a legal representative with certified English translation
- Quality Label Application Form completed in English. If you apply for a supporting role, describe how exactly you will help the participants. If you apply for a hosting role, describe standard activities for volunteers and the list of locations you are going to host them
- Filled and signed Declaration of honour
How do I apply?
- Read the Mission and Principles of the European Solidarity Corps to make sure that you agree with and will uphold them.
- Create an account in the EU Login System.
- Register in the Organisation Registration System and upload there the Legal Entity form and the Extract from the registry.
- Complete the electronic Quality Label Application Form
Good to know
- SALTO Eastern Europe and Caucasus helps for Ukrainian organisations to receive European Solidarity Corps Quality Label. You can contact them for additional consultation.
- The organisations holding valid Erasmus+ accreditations, do not need to apply for Quality Label.
- Every year the European Commission publishes a new application form. If you don’t manage to apply till the end of 2020, wait for the new entry round in 2021.
