“Greenhouse of ideas”: grants for creative businesses

This is a chance to get up to UAH 500,000 to take your creative business to the next level or implement an idea that has been nagging at you for a long time. Spend money on equipment, production, marketing, employee training, business trips and contractor services — the programme will cover 90% of the costs.

“Greenhouse of Ideas” is part of the Swiss-Ukrainian UCORD project, implemented by NIRAS Sweden AB. This is one of thousands of EU opportunities for Ukraine.

What do I get?
  • From UAH 200,000 to UAH 250,000 if you are planning to register a business or have opened yours less than a year ago.
  • From UAH 300,000 to UAH 500,000 if your business has existed for more than a year.
Can I apply?

The grant will be useful for entrepreneurs who:

  • Work in the field of culture and creative industries
  • Already have a legal entity or are ready to register it (including individual entrepreneurs)
  • Do business in Khmelnytskyi, Odesa, Sumy, Ternopil, Vinnytsia or Volyn Oblast
What do I need to apply?
  • Application form filled out in Ukrainian. Verification will be required using Diia or an electronic signature
  • CV
  • Budget
  • For FOP and LLC, a financial declaration for the last reporting period (if available)

How do I apply?

Submit the online application by 16 November. To better prepare, watch the recording of the information session with the programme managers.

The organisers will announce 54 winners in January 2026.

Good to know
  • The programme will cover 90% of the costs. You will need to pay the remaining 10% yourself.
  • You will have six months to implement your project.
  • You can submit only one application.
  • Charitable foundations, public organisations, associations, state or municipal enterprises and other non-profit organisations are not eligible to apply.
  • The organisers will prefer businesses with a substantial social or cultural impact, an innovative approach, and export potential.
