Connections through Culture: grants for cultural projects with Great Britain

This is a chance to get almost EUR 12,000 for a joint cultural project with Great Britain.
Invite a British mentor to a residency for artists with Down syndrome, show a play about the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant explosion at the London Theater Festival, or bring a British band to a local indie festival — you will have a year to implement and complete freedom regarding the format.
Projects on diversity, inclusion, and combating climate change will be given priority. Last year's winners list will help you better understand what the organisers expect.
The competition is offered by the British Council.
What do I get?
Almost EUR 12,000 to cover the project cost, including fees, translation, promotion, travel, equipment, materials, and other expenses.
Can I apply?
The grant is ideal for Ukrainian artists and cultural organisations that:
- Have a portfolio of cultural projects
- Want to implement a project with the UK and have a local partner
- Have experience in architecture, design and fashion, creative technologies, film, literature, music, theatre and dance, visual arts or at the intersection of art, science and technology
- Are registered in Ukraine as an individual entrepreneur, LLC, foundation, public or state organisation

How do I apply?
Please complete the online form by 23 June. You will receive the results in mid-August.
Good to know
- You can submit multiple projects, but the British Council can only support one.
