Academic collaboration grants for universities from Ukraine and Sweden
These are grants funding academic collaboration of universities from Ukraine and Sweden. You will get up to SEK 1,000,000 to cover the organisation of conferences and workshops, traineeships, study visits, communication, salaries, visas, and other project-related expenses.
Grants are provided by the Swedish Institute. This is one of the thousands of EU opportunities for Ukraine.

- Between SEK 100,000 — 300,000 to establish a new partnership, prepare for a larger project, or carry out a limited pilot project during a year. Category Seed project.
- Between SEK 500,000 — 1,000,000 to implement an already developed project idea during 18 months with a partner you have worked together before. Category Collaborative project.
If you apply for the Collaborative project category, you have to involve a partner from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, or Russia.
- Application form completed. Describe your project’s purpose, main activities, budget, roles and responsibilities in the team.
- Partner enclosures from each partner university with confirmation of their support and commitment to the project.
The main applicant is Swedish university, but the application should be prepared jointly together in the partnership.
