■ Both established and emerging artists working in the field of traditional drawing (pencil, pastel, charcoal, graphite, etc.)

■ Draughtsmen/-women interested in drawing a parallel between the artists of yesterday and today, between museum collections and contemporary artistic creation with 19th- and 20th-century art history

■ Aims to produce a work of art to be unveiled in an event at the Camille Claudel Museum, at Association Tournefou, and via formal installation of the work at Camille Claudel museum.

Duration:

17 August to 18 October 2020

What do I get?

■ Full accommodation at Association Tournefou (value - EUR 2,500): 35m² studio and private apartment, or flat with individual bedroom, and small kitchen, living room and dining room shared with another resident.

■ Creation-in-residence grant: EUR 2,000 

■ Cost of materials, up to EUR 500 

■ If you don’t have a personal vehicle, it is possible to organise transportation with the residency team.

What do I need to apply?

■ A presentation justifying the project you want to develop

■ Your CV

■ A file presenting previously completed work with an emphasis on recent work

■ You must speak French.

■ You must possess a strong motivation for this residency, with a readiness to participate in public promotion and education regarding the project.
